Complaint / review / scam report

On 2 Dec 2013, I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary.On 4th Dec, I took photos of the flowers that were "dead' already.

My wife was so disgusted in these flowers and I was reminded daily.I was not going to complain but due to my wife insisting as this was not the first time that disgusting flowers had been delivered.I then complained to NETFLORIST on 11 Dec 2013.I got a reply from Shoulin Kaars offering me a R100 voucher off my next purchase.I replied that I will not be accepting the R100 voucher as this is not the first time that my wife was unhappy.I have been supporting Netflorist for a number of years but they need to take responsibility for what they are selling to the public.I have not had another reply from anyone at Netflorist.So there after sales service becomes as disgusting as their flowers.....
