Ordered in advance... Used net floristwith a few complaints in teh past. liek flowers dying 1 day later
But this. this here is the worst service ever... DO NOT USE NET FLORIST EVER...
Paid a lot more to ensure flowers are delivered on 14th Feb 2013... not some special on the 13th Feb..
Spoke to Mal at 5.20pm on 14th and he promised to call me back... Guess what no call
Spoke to Diega (could be wrong about spelling) at 7.52am 15th... surprise suprise no Call
Spoke to Zanub 10.20 she offered me a free box of chocs... Really? seriously? that is going to make up for the non delivery...
Asked to cancel order... She said she will refund monies and still deliver flowers as it was on its way... I Still refused as I dont want anyhing for nothing... she insisted as an apology flowers will still be delivered and monies refunded... Guess what 2.24pm 15th still nothing...
