Liars that cannot delive

I had 20 roses delievered to my wife 17th Jan 2013 at a cost of R600.00 (order 100701606) without problems, I purchased a 24 roses 14 Feb 2013 at acost of R1030.00 (order 100728300) which lasted two days. I contacted Devan at their call centre who directed me to [Email Removed]
I submitted an email and photos of the dead flowers, Cazley replied to me stating "I do believe that one of the agents... has assisted you", simply passing on the buck. I responded that nobody had helped me, Cazley then acknowledged that that Netflorist used an external courier company and were aware of damaged flowers being delivered, Cazley promised me delivery of 24 roses to my wife at no charge as compensation the next day, that was promised on the 19th Feb 2013, today is the 21st Feb 2013 and no delivery has taken place!
Considering that I spent in excess of R1600.00 in less than 30 days buying their second rate products with third rate service I believe that I am entitled to some sort of post purchase service. This will be my last Netflorist purchase. Let's all lead SA and assist the next customer from avoiding bad products and worse service by not buying anything from Netflorist ever!!
