Despite placing an order via your Corporate div. on the 12th, and receiving written confirmation that it would be delivered on the 14th, and despite sending 6 e-mails on the 14th - the order placed for a box of red roses and Ferrero Rocher chocolates, were NOT delivered! This was the first Valentine's day for a young lady and she was left dissappointed and my son was left with egg on his face! Shame on you!!!
