I bought a large tray of Ferrero rocher, as often I do. One chocolate my daughter was eating had a LIVING worm embedded in it!! I posted the chocolate, together with the worm to Ferrero rocher. They took a MONTH to get back to me and apologise. They asked me to meet their rep in my area so he could compensate me. I drove out, met him, and he gave me the smallest box of Ferrero rocher one can buy?! Not worth my petrol to meet him?!!! To me that's a slap in the face! No apology letter, just a few chocolates as compensation??!! WORD OF MOUTH is strong Ferrer Rocher!!! What an opportunity you squandered!
