On the 5th of February 2013 I placed an order for roses to be delivered to my girlfriend on the 14th as a surprise. Funny enough, I was the one that was surprised, when that evening she sends me a picture of the bouquet she received. You know how the saying goes, "Nice from far, but far from nice"? Yeah! There were black roses in the bouquet!
On the 15th I sent an email to Netflorist complaining about the quality of my order, accompanied by the picture. No response. On the 18th, I sent another email. No response. On the 20th, I sent ANOTHER email. NO RESPONSE!
This is the worst service I have ever received from anybody! It is also the last time I will ever use NetFlorist!!!
