My partner ordered flowers to be delivered to my workplace on Valentine's day. We are both so disappointed they were not delivered. No-one even contacted us to explain why. I was not at work today So I have no idea if they were delivered today - and if they were this is unacceptable. my partner expects a full refund and will never order from Netflorist again. What shocking service! At least other companies are more ethical and don't take on Valentine's orders that they can't manage.
