NO RESPONSE

I placed an order on December 29, 2012. I was notified they would only start processing orders on January 3 and the item I ordered was supposed to ship within 5 days. I emailed their order tracking as the website order tracking doesn't work. No response! Tried to telephone them and no-one answers the phone. My Amex card hasn't been billed yet so I guess I am going to stop the payment. Deal with these people at your peril!
