I ordered goods from Abz Gifts on 19 November totalling R2635, I even had the decency to pay the cash deposit fee. When Enquiring as to whether there was any news on my goods on 2 December I was told that she had a huge fight with the supplier that morning. It took 2 weeks for her to follow up on the order. In one response, her words were I'm not making any promises you might still get your order this year. On 9 December I received a tracking number, stating that it had been sent registered mail. After following the route for a week I emailed Annie and asked her to please help me as I didn"t understand the tracking system. She did not reply and when she did she had an excuse. Again I asked her to explain, this I did in another 2 emails. Still no response and she has now taken taken leave until the 6 January. Any queries will be sorted out in the new year. Totally lacking in professionalism. How do you go on leave before sorting out this years orders. I know another client who has been waiting 3 months for her order.
