I sent the below email to Rubybox on Tuesday 15.01.2014 and still no response.
I sent it againm this morning and still nothing - RUBYBOX PLEASE RESPOND!!!

Hi Rubies,

I have to say it's quite sad when you love a concept but then you find not everyone receives the same things.
I get that there would be something different here and there but a R550 voucher for the laser beautique is very different.
I read a blog this afternoon where the blogger lists everything she received in her box.
