I am so absolutely horrified that Rubybox could charge me R120 and send me complete utter!! You've disappointed me quite a few times, but this is definitely the worst. I received a small lip balm which isn't much, two samples which were meant to be a day cream and night cream but of course! YOU sent the wrong thing! Plus two samples of shampoo in a foil packaging. That's absolutely sad and I know not everyone gets the same products, but I've seen other boxes and NONE of them got even one of the products I did. I am definitely going to unsubscribe to my Rubybox and I hope you will refund me for this box because it is seriously not even worth calling a Rubybox.
