I want to compliment Rubybox on their great service. I joined September 2012 and have nothing but good service and feedback.
The First box in September was late (no fault on Rubybox side, the courier service was pathetic) and I called rubybox to complain about them and the following months since they have used another courier service which is prompt. I get my email with my tracking number and the same day I receive my box
I have seen many people complain about the contents of the box, I have loved my boxes. Afterall it is a sample box and we are just lucky to receive full size products sometimes.
Well done Rubies and keep up the good service
