This is now my 3rd compliant on Hello Peter for the same instance! Rubybox. I have tried to be nice to you. I have been your customer for more than a year now, since this company started off. I am still waiting for my Rubybox and my Order which was placed on 03 December last year. The order was supposed to be delivered with my Rubybox. I have NOTHING yet! I got a response from you last week Friday in the morning to say that you will dipatch my items and I will get an SMS when it has been dispatched. It is now Tuesday afternoon. I still have not received an sms, nor was I contacted when I sent ANOTHER email.
You never reply to Emails on time, you NEVER answer any phone calls, which is why I dont bother going that route any longer.
How am I going to be compensated for this! I want my Rubybox, I want my Boutique Order and I want a VALID reason why this keeps happening to me. I expect an answer soonest. I want a phone call from a manager. I do not expect Email responses. Call me on my cellphone! This is rediculous!
