I can honestly say that i am over the moon with Rubybox. I've had a Rubybox go missing only to have it replaced straight away. I've had my free samples not show up only to have them dispatched the very next day.
Complaints get handled fast and well for which i am very grateful.
A big shout out to Coleen Bassey for ensuring that i always have a big smile on my face when my Rubybox comes!
