Hinolulu TV stand

Hi,

I bought a TV stand from 5 Rooms on the 28th of August 2013. originally the item was supposed to be delivered on the week of the 16th of September. It is now the 2nd of October the item has not been delivered. the said part about the whole thing is that I keep following up with them and keep getting vague answers.

I tried calling their contact centre and there was no answer.

If 5 rooms cant honour their end of the bargain can I please have my money back?
