I have for years sold various items on Bidorbuy and had consistently maintained a top rating for customer satisfaction. At the complaint of one single customer, whom I supplied exactly as agreed, my account has been suspended and pay outs for deals that were satisfactorily concluded weeks and months before are being refused. Nishen tells me that NO payment will be made until said order is resolved, even though the disputed item has not even been returned to me.
The disputed item, an old 2nd hand AEG Sander sold for R50 as: 260W, 25000RPM Used, NOT tested, Looks OK, but no Warranty, no money back. Customer complained that item was rotating slowly and would only give me a good rating if I credited him (no offer of returning the item), which seemed like bribery to me. This customer is very new on Bidorbuy with very little purchases and already has bad ratings, which do not seem to count against him.
Now Bidorbuy is withholding over R5000 from me, and has blocked virtually all access from my account. This has been handled very one-sidedly and unfairly, in my humble view. Could you sort something out for me?
