I constantly buy furniture on-line from 5 rooms and was very impressed with the outcome the most recent time, there was a big 80% sale last week where a product price was advertised incorrectly not knowing this, I thought it was one of a bargain and purchased it, within the same day a consultant contacted me informing me it was a mistake and a refund would be done, i was a bit disappointed but understood as the price was to good to be true in the first place.
Yesterday morning I got a call from Barry from 5 rooms advising me that they have made a plan to send me the oven I ordered at the price i paid R45. That is really going over and above customer expectation and no words could explain how highly I think of 5 rooms especially after they went so much further to deliver the service they promise.
