I was supposed to receive a set of headphones on Friday the 10th of May.
It never got delivered, and I had to phone them to find out why, there was no attempt to contact me.
They said the good *looked* like they were damaged, and they promised to have them delivered along
with a damage report today (Monday 13 May).
I have tried calling them - no answer. The tracker merely shows that the item is onboard the courier item, and has been since 1 this afternoon.
I have tried unsuccessfully to call them, and the courier hasn't been seen at the reception desk.
I have no idea what to do now, and I'm very worried because I have another item that they will probably be given to deliver, which is supposed to come within the next 2 weeks.
