It took me ages to get feedback on a refund for a cancelled order that was to have been done within 7 working days-took more than 3 weeks and how many calls later. I was sent a screen dump from Cazley showing the refund was done for R319 for an order for U.Hardeo on the 29th of March. I looked at my bank statement today and guess what??? NO REFUND! This is a pathetic way of conducting business!!! I want a supervisor or manager to call me back, from the accounts department to rectify this! I will hellopeter Netflorist as often as I can until this is resolved or I will take this further! I dont care if its only for R319 but its the principal behind it, dont peoples money and about it!!!
