An order was placed on the October 28th with Netflorist n was cancelled due to incorrect address details on the same day. Refund policy is 5 to 7 working days. Up until now which is 10working days, no refund has been made. I have called 0860300600 several times but received no joy n no help. Every consultant just looked up my order number n stated that someone will call me back n that the refund was going to be made. Do not trust and purchase from Netflorist, online companies such as this is giving a bad name to all online stores. Hope to receive feeback from this post.
