As being a market leader and a fan of millions of consumer I feel that googles quality of service in South Africa has been compromised. Every single South Africa research ends up with the following results
1. Gumtree / Olx / junk mail or any other barter store.
2. Overseas uk and american website
It has been increasingly difficult to find what you want because these company have found how google operates and flooded their search with there millions of products. Google must put a stop to this because this is grossly unfair on the client who is actually trying to find the right product through a legitimate website.
I will give you an example, I was searching for a highly specialized product which is made overseas but used google to try find a local supplier or manufacture etc. Only to be met with hundreds of olx website on every product other than or even close to what I was looking for.
A friend refuses to use google because it has become the junkyard of the internet. Perhaps Yahoo should step in an secure the South Africa market to help you get your act together.
Something has to be done, media should step in here as well
