I have had months and months of complaining about Internet Ordering when trying to order flowers from Netflorist. The standard answer is "I'll take your order Madam, but are you sure there is not something wrong on your side as we have had no previous reports on internet order problems". If one goes into my Netflorist account you will see the amount of petals I have had to forfeit because of this and no one is interested.
Today however I dealt with Cazley who actually took the time to report the problem as well as request 2 petal credits for my two orders having to be placed telephonically. Pity there are not more like her as I may have had at least 2 free bouquets by now if it was not for their very poor internet order system.
