Long story short... This is my 2nd bad exp with Cazley, first it took more than 2 weeks to tell me my money was refunded as she did not escalate (thats wat I was told) now I sent a 2nd email for a delivery tmw that I want done before 12pm. thats not giving a specific time and I did this order last month, dont tell eme you cannot deliver before 12pm. she did not read my email properly and and tells me shes not sure what I want??? then sends another email saying she does not know were my anger stems from... etc. is this how you train your staff to deal with customer?? I have one more order in april and then im done with netflorist. I would rather give business to a smaller and more efficient company. I have heard about the disasters that happen through netflorist from friends... I have now seen it for myself. I will never deal with you or your pathetic arrogant staff!
