On Monday 11/02/2013 I received a call from Netflorist stating that they will not be able to make a delivery for me on 14/02/2013. So I told the person from the call centre to please refund me immediately - and he said that he will. I've called Netflorist about five times so far and the refund is still not in my account.
When I called to speak to the manager - they always say that he is busy or unavailable.
I WANT MY REFUND!!! Netflorist is fast to take out the money from your account - but when they owe you money - they don't really care.
I'll never support Netflorist again. Useless service.
