NETFLORIST DON'T DELIVER!

I ordered an orchid for Mother's day online on Friday 10 May for delivery 11 May.By around 11.30 on 11 May I was told nothing had been delivered yet. I phoned the call centre who told me deliveries will take place until 5pm. I asked if I could phone again closer to 5 pm and was told yes. When I did, the machine said their offices close at 12 noon. Needless to say, my Mom never got her Orchid!!!

So, on Monday morning I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, providing my banking details by e-mail. I have followed up every day this week asking when the refund will be processed and get answers ranging from "this week" to within 3 to 7 days. Then when asking when will/was the EFT done, firstly a lady by the name of Cazley Manual never came back with an answer, then when phoning the following day again I was told it will be done tonight 16 May. I asked for his manager and was promptly cut off.

I think the service is disgusting at best, not only does the call centre staff to the customers, but NetFlorist don't deliver service, flowers or timeous refunds to their customers.

Shame on you!
