I bought a voucher for a meal at a restaurant but when trying to make a reservation was told by the establishment that it was only valid for weekends. I immediately contacted cityslicker customer services as this was not stated in the fine print on the site. They emailed me back within the time they said they would and without any problems offered me a refund. Less than a week later the money was back in my account.
