Excuse after excuse on refund

I am totally and utterly disgusted with the manner in which Cityslicker is handling the re-reimbursement of my money. I have reached a stage now where I am tired of their excuses and have still not received payment. I bought 2 meal vouchers from them 3 weeks ago for Ciao Baby in Clearwater, as soon as I purchased them I received the voucher and on the voucher the T&C's did not suit me. I contacted them immediately to cancel the voucher and requested for a refund, which was just a few minutes after purchasing and receiving the vouchers. I am extremely confused as these were electronic vouchers, it's not as if I had received goods which I had to courier back etc so am disgusted by their pathetic service. I have called and emailed them several times and have been furnished with never ending excuses from it taking 7 days for payment to be processed, then 10 days and the latest being that they are experiencing a backlog on the processing of payments. This is the last time I will buy something from them.
