I am giving up all hope now. After a struggle from December 2013 to get Cityslicker to collect the parcel that I have cancelled prior to them sending (which they eventually collect in the 23rd of Dec) I am still waiting for my refund. I was promised within 10-15 days, then I was told the 25th of January 2014... I am still waiting for my refund and no one is even responding to my emails to indicate when I will receive it!!! I am so dissapointed in their service. I have bought from Groupon and Citymob and NEVER had I experienced such bad customer service. Please please just give me my refund!!!
