I purchased a watch online from VIPClub for almost R2000. The support is abysmal, they don't even have a contact number, only a email address with shockingly inappropriate feedback. The first watch was delivered broken. I had to pay to ship the watch back to them. Then they sent another watch - unbelievably, it was also broken and supplied without manual or guarantee. When enquiring about it, instead of being apologetic you get sarcastic feedback showcasing their utter incompetence. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM VIPCLUB!
