Bought GPS - Paid - No delivery or Refund

I bought a GPS from Ronel Healing (BestBuyOnline) on the 20th November 2013 (Auction : 121995995, Order ID : 6834043). Paid immediately by internet banking. Received non-esisting track and trace number. Up to date nothing received. Ask a refund rather than a replacement (not the same as i ordered), but no response further. Many (106) negative ratings for this seller, the most with the same story. Want my money (full amount- R697.41) back IMMEDIATELY
