Verification of PAYPAL account / Banking details

I sell on EBAY and need an PAYPAL account to be able to withdraw my money from overseas sales. The only bank that offers the withdrawl service with PAYPAL is FNB. For FICA purposes I had to submit amongst other details a certified copy of my S.A bank account in order to be verified. I was not told it has to be my savings account, as I only use my credit card account on EBAY. I have since submitted a certified copy of my savings account to FNB to be verified for FICA purpose on the 24.07.2013 and am still waiting for a response and in the meantime I can't withdraw my funds, which has to be withdrawn within a month of being deposited into my PAYPAL account according to new SARB regulations. If FNB can only contact me to tell me that my account has now been verified and that I can use the withdrawl function. Will FNB refund my money that will be lost if I cant withdraw it? How can this be acceptable behaviour from FNB? All I need is to know what else they require from me to get this issue sorted out, Please! I have logged a call with FNB Call ref 7UJRC0ZJ
