I ordered mp3 players on 14 Jan 2013 and have not received a tracking number as yet - which is promised 5 days after the order is validated. I emailed Cityslickers twice with no response from them - its been 4 days since my first email. I contacted them on Facebook as well and haven't had any reply to that either. If they are not answering now, I doubt asking for my money back would do any good either since they would simply ignore those emails too. They need to contact me soon, or i'll be charging back the transaction.
