I bought two vouchers for horse riding. I decided to cancel the one voucher. I contacted City Slicker for a refund. I sent all the necessary information to them on 5 Nov 2013. I received no response. I emailed them again on 18 Nov 2013 - again no response. I phoned them today and got a voicemail saying their telephone operators will not be available today. I have emailed again today and hope to get some feedback. Please can you refund me my money!
