I purchased a Smashbox product from Rubybox online and paid R149-95. They couriered the product to me and upon use I found the bottle half-full. I emailed them and they sent their couriers to collect the product and promised to send me another new bottle.
This was in November.
Up until now I have still not received the replacement product so am now out of pocket of R149-95 and have no product.
I have emailed them numerous times and have not received any response from them.
