I won an auction, from a seller WealthByDesign1979 on 25 Oct 2013 Order No: 6714525. And paid R328.51 for fast shipping 24-74hrs, after not getting the tracking number for a few days I sent an e-mail to bidorbuy kindly requesting to cancel the order! On the 29th of Oct. all I got was a ticket number: UNK-461-68228. The 48hrs after that I got a tracking number from the supplier, I got the item 7 days later! Only to find that the item was not described as advertised there was no usb cable and no charge, rendering the item useless! I then spent money out of my own pocket to buy a usb cable and a battery charger, only to find out after charging the batter, that the battery was faulty, as there was no communication from bidorbuy, after I called there CS team, and explained it to them, I got the following response "Oh... let me give u the number you can contact him" again no answer from seller, via phone and e-mail! I had to spend and additional R500 for a battery! Over and above R380 for the battery charger! Over and above paying for fast shipping.
