I placed an order on the 11th of September and still have not received it. I have been in contact with a Christopher Manuel for over a month and still have not yielded any results. At first he insinuated that I was lying and was trying to another parcel and did not apologize for that after discovering that I was infact correct.
The way this whole query has been handled was very degrading for me as I was accused of lying and frankly it has been long and stressful and sometimes I have to wait for days before I can get a response to any of my emails. I have decided to unsubscribe from all future rubyboxes as dealing with their CSR has been nothing but a painful experience. All I ask is that they send me my parcel even though its late and will no longer be serving the purpose it was supposed to serve had it arrived on time.
