I registered with Glambox which later became RUBY BOX. Since then, the boxes have only gotten worse each month. Last month I got TLC wipes, eye make-up applicator, teeny weeny body butter tin, too ridiculous! 1 other small item I gave away. I mean these are small, I mean wipes I bought the other day for R18 and twice as much. Nothing like as promised. Their response was to plan to call me today (still waiting). In the meantime the next box for September arrived. This is what I got Today my parcel arrived!!! Guess what I got?
SOME MORE WIPES as if last month wasn't enough
2 miniature samples of perfume (teeny weeny)
Body butter (have oodles at home already)
Shower gel (ditto ditto ditto) got already
Body Lotion (ditto ditto ditto) got already
NOT WORTH R119
My preferences stated were anti-ageing and skin care products. But Shower Gel, Body Butter??? This is an absolute waste of time and money. Would do better going to Clicks or Dischem with my R119 each month.
Just putting this on your site, so that existing customers can know they're not alone with their disappointment, and new customers, should do some homework before subscribing.
