I bought a groupon voucher for a main meal and a glass of wine for 2 people at Bloemendal Restaurant. I bought this because it was available mondays to fridays which suits our need. I phoned 1 week in June to make a booking for the friday, okay, no problem. the booking was made. I got a call back about half an hour later telling me that the table is not available anymore. they are fully booked. Weird, because it was available earlier and surely they can make a plan. I contacted them again this week asking for a booking thursday or friday either this week or the following. I got a reply asking me if it was for a Groupon voucher. When i said yes they informed me that there are only space available monday, tuesday and the following monday when the deal ends. because they are unsure if the buffet will be open on the other days. But the groupon states that it is available monday through friday. so hoe can it now only be available mondays and tuesdays? Probably because they can get people paying full price on a thursday or friday. If it only happened once it might have been okay but not more then once. This is NOT what I paid for and I would like my money back.
