Waiting for element 21 days

On 2013-06-04 i asked Executive electronics to repair my tumble dryer. I was at their premises when they ordered the element from Samsung. After a week they did send emails to Samsung requiring about the element. They replied that they will be sending the element in that week. up untill today they still did not deliver the part to Excecutive applainces and i am still without a tumble dryer.
