I received an email confirming that I had purchased a voucher to be used on a specific date: 8th June. I quote from their email to me:
Thank you very much for loving CitySlicker. You can now print your voucher for "8 June - Saturday buffet breakfast"
I went to their website to print the voucher and it was not there. I initiated email correspondence with them. They ask for proof of payment which I supplied. they asked for the last four digits of my credit card - which I supplied and STILL they have not issued the voucher. I am not sure what to do tomorrow morning!
I phone their call line and they CONVENIENTLY say they have high call volumes and that I should send an email. Sure! Another email that won't resolve the problem.
