USELESS AND INCOMPETENT STAFF

I log into Groupon through my Facebook profile. I made 3 separate purchases on Groupon on Saturday 17/08/2013, one of which was a voucher. On ordering of the voucher, I had the option to send it directly to the person I had bought it for or to print it myself. I selected the option to print the voucher myself. On calling the help centre number in Cape Town today, as much as I kept on telling the lady that the voucher should be sent to my email inbox, she insisted on telling me that my ice-cream machine will be delivered to me. When I asked the lady to put me through to someone who could help me as she obviously couldn't, she pretended not to be able to hear me. The is totally unacceptable as I have paid for my goods and expect the voucher to be delivered to my inbox as requested
