Order placed on Sunday May 26th still undelivered till date. Customer service that it was delivered yesterday and closed the support ticket without my consent.
Despite the delivery address I've provided that never had an issue with during my online shopping history, they've been pathetic in constantly ringing on my cell phone on unacceptable times - 8:00 am - to "confirm" that the driver is on the way.
Still order not delivered and NO REASON GIVEN regardless my numerous questions WHAT IS THE PROBLEM that they are having with delivery address itself over the e-mail.

We have tried contacting you on numerous occasions, but have been unsuccessful in reaching you. We also sent you an email advising you that our driver is trying to reach you to deliver your order.
