I would just like to compliment netflorist on their incredible customer service. On Thursday evening I placed an order and paid for it. However I did not receive my confirmation email which I always do because the netflorist on-line order system is so efficient. I logged onto the site to check the status of the order and to my surprise there was no record of the order. I proceeded contacted the customer service email address and received a prompt response. Within minutes my problem was solved. Thank you Fazlin for handling my query with such efficiency. Keep up the great work!
