I have on more than one occasion had to deal with the pure incompetence of the people working for this so called company. They have on a few occasions messed up their billing so they suspend you account. then then fail to even send out invoices for renewal of your domain and again suspend your account due to their inability to send you notifications that you need to pay for something extra.
Then when i want to transfer my domain i must pay again for some bull that they claim hasn't been paid but they debit my account every month??
When dealing with them they are even more incompetent and now don't return emails after i agreed to pay half of the small amount that they say i owe for some unknown reason.
Worst isp in the world would recommend them to my enemies.
