Still Waiting for someone to contact me

Hi there,
Im highly disappointed and upset at CitySlicker. I purchased two vouchers on Friday for breakfast on Sat. While purchasing it did NOT state that it would take up to two days to reflect in the account. I am aware that transfers take time to show up however I sent though my proof of payment.
As you can see I sent an email, responded to the response I had received and no response after that. So I had to pick up the phone and call. I insisted on being transferred to a sales consultant. After a few rings Lyle (the lady told me his name was Lyle) nicely put the phone down on me. I call back and the lady answered. After back and forth and going around in circles she told me she did not know how it all worked. She told me the deal was sold out - which it did NOT state when I purchased my vouchers, and my money was happily deducted from my account. I asked to speak to management to sort this matter out but could not as conveniently non was there, nor could I get a mobile number nor email address.
So highly annoyed as you sit with my money and I sit without vouchers!
And its Monday morning and again I, the paying customer, must follow up on this.
