Pathetic Service

I had a fruit basket delivered to someone who is very sick in hospital. The fruits were rotten and the teddy bear has a tear in it!
How do you expect someone to keep rotten fruit in a hospital ward! This is ridiculous!
I expect more for the price I paid!
