Rotten foods and bad attitude

Yet another complaint about the rotten fruit and food in this particular store. I don't know whether everybody posts their complaints about this store, but I do hear complaints about them every week! Their fruit is rotten on the shelves, and nothing is being done about it! Who will buy anything if there is a bunch of rotten food around it? This is a franchise that has to comply to certain standards for sure, or am I missing something? The milk tarts are full of mold, the flies are zooming around the biltong stand etc etc. When we complained at the manager, he denied everything and started being nasty and told me to go shop somewhere else! What on earth is happening to customer care???

So many people are not going back to this store anymore because of its bad reputation.
This is so sad, because we as Tzaneen residents were waiting so long for such a nice franchise where one can buy quality fruit and veg. What a disappointment!
