Shocking service from City Slicke

I purchased a voucher for a meal from City Slicker, upon booking a table at the restaurant I was told that the voucher had expired. I admit that it was my responsibility to check the dates. However, my inbox gets a daily email to let me know what the new deals are, you would think that they would send you an email to let you know your deal is about to expire. Upon complaining they informed me that they had sent me an email to remind me which I dispute. They then asked me for my email address (which they should have if they sent me an email) I did reply giving them my details and they said they would credit my account. Its now 12days later and they will not reply to my emails or answer there phones regarding my credit which I have not received. After purchasing several deals from City Slicker over the years I now see that they don't appreciate customers nor do they know how to deal with them. I would advise any potential customers top stay well away from the brand as they are clearly not very organised and im sure that with this level of service they will be going out of business soon.
