I can echo every ones displeasure with UTI as I have been dealing with Chronic Medicine Dispensary (their previous name) for many years but of late UTI has been the most unreliable bunch of I have had the misfortune time dealing with them.
They sent scheduled medication to me without a script which they claimed for from my medical aid. I called and told them to come fetch it. They collected it and have not passed the credit yet. When I called to confirm the receipt of this medication they then told me the credit will be done but for a lesser amount then what they originally charged. No explanation why just accept it, is how I was treated. Then I also told them to post back all my original scripts so that I can use them to collect my medication from an alternate pharmacy. They told me they don't have my scripts. I tracked my scripts through the Post Office they have been sitting there unclaimed by UTI for 26 days. Again no one can explain this to me. I am delighted that soon I will not have to deal with this company any more. Mrs J Maeye
