I contacted discovery about adding a dependent on to my medical aid. I submitted all the relevant documentation to discovery via my email address. Today i recevied feedback from discovery and learned in the process that the letter of reponse was sent to a 3rd person who i have never met and dont even know who they are. How can personal information of clients be sent out to other people! No wonder we have so much in this country its cause of companies such as discovery who send personal information around...!!!
